Sophie Cascade – Registered Massage Therapist

Born and raised on Reunion Island, Sophie moved to Canada in 2013, and settled in Vancouver, making it her new home. Sophie’s massage treatments integrate techniques such as Swedish techniques, myofascial release, and trigger point release.

Outside of the clinic and her studies at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, you can find Sophie enjoying all the activities that BC has to offer, ranging from yoga, gravel cycling, and cross-country skiing.
