Jad Hamade

Jad hamadeJad graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto, Ontario. As a high-performance athlete, Jad is no stranger to injuries and the benefits of sports rehab: before becoming an RMT, he received his Bachelor of Kinesiology and Health Promotion from Sheridan College. There, he played varsity Rugby, holding the position as captain and earning the team championship and MVP title for Ontario College Athletic Association. He also received Sheridan College’s Athlete of the Year award.

Jad’s love for sport, and his deeper interest in the human body, have guided him towards sports massage therapy. He brings a unique perspective to his therapy, combining his knowledge of human biomechanics with sport-related injury and rehabilitation. He believes in educating his clients on their conditions and injuries and combining his therapy with complementary modalities. His therapy involves personalized treatment plans to get his clients back to feeling their best!

In his spare time, Jad plays soccer, swims, and flexes his artistic muscles
