Transit: Four blocks from Burrard SkyTrain Station (Expo Line/Millennium Line). Nine blocks from Yaletown SkyTrain Station (Canada Line). Six blocks from Granville SkyTrain Station (Expo Line/Millennium Line). Multiple bus routes on Burrard and Davie Streets.

Parking: Paid underground parking is available in adjacent buildings along Burrard and Nelson. Street metered parking is available on Burrard, Nelson and Helmcken. Bike racks are located at the building entrance on Burrard Street.

Registered Massage Therapy Treatments

Our 35+ RMTs collectively offer nine core treatment techniques under one roof, so you can match the right therapist to the right condition – all at the same central downtown location. Each of our Registered Massage Therapists are in good standing with the CCHPBC and eligible for direct billing to most major extended-health insurers.

Myofascial Release

Gentle, sustained pressure on fascial restrictions to restore mobility. Effective for chronic pain conditions, old injuries, and limited range of motion.

Deep Tissue Massage

Targets chronic tension in deeper muscle layers. Ideal for long-standing back, neck, and shoulder pain, postural issues, and desk-work strain. 60 minute treatments are recommended.

Craniosacral Massage

Light-touch technique that works with the craniosacral system. Often chosen for headaches, migraines, concussion recovery, TMJ, and nervous-system regulation.
