Valia is passionate about the field of Massage Therapy and all it has to offer, whether it be for preventative treatment, recovery, or maintenance. Valia’s style offers deep tissue as well as therapeutic-oriented work, by incorporating a variety of Swedish techniques in addition to Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Joint mobilizations and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).
Valia has extensive experience in the treatment of clients dealing with injuries related to motor-vehicle accidents. Her assessments are extremely thorough, and she is dedicated to treating the root cause of injuries, problems, and concerns. Valia is committed to providing individualized treatments to ensure the patient’s needs are met because patient-care and rehabilitation is her number one focus. Whether the goal is to relax or to decrease pain – individualized treatment plans target the client’s goals, while motivating each person to be involved in the improvement of their own health and well-being.
Over the last 3 years, Valia has been an active participant in many community outreaches, which have included marathons, hockey, football tournaments and golf.
