More than 30 RMTs work here, seven days a week from 7am to 9pm including holidays. Appointments start at $140 plus GST, and we bill most extended health plans directly.

Massage therapy in the middle of downtown
We are on Burrard Street between Nelson and Barclay, a few minutes from the office towers on Georgia, the courthouse, Robson Street and the West End. People come here on a lunch break, straight after work, before a 7am start, or on a Sunday when nowhere else is open.
That last part matters more than it sounds. We are open from 7am to 9pm every day of the week, holidays included, and with more than 30 registered massage therapists on the schedule there is usually something available the same day. You do not need a referral, and you can book online at any hour.

What a first visit looks like
Your RMT starts by asking what brought you in and what you want to get back to — sleeping through the night, lifting your kid, sitting through a full workday, running again. They will check how you move, then treat. You will leave with a clear sense of what is going on and one or two things to do between sessions.
A first appointment is 60 minutes and costs $140 plus GST. Some therapists also offer 30, 45, 75, 90 and 120-minute sessions; rates are listed per therapist on our prices page.

Everyone here is registered with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC. Between them our therapists cover deep tissue, sports, pregnancy, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, craniosacral and visceral work, and several are trained in techniques you will not find elsewhere downtown.

Getting here
The building. The Electra Building has two entrances. Use the one that actually says 970 Burrard above the door — it is directly next to the Scotiabank. In the elevator, press the button marked Electra Health Floor.
Parking. There is plenty of metered street parking around us. Check the signs carefully — Burrard is a tow-away route during rush hour, 7am to 9am and 3pm to 6pm. If you would rather not risk it, the Scotiabank Theatre parkade is half a block down Burrard.
Timing. Whether you park or transit in, give yourself a 15-minute grace period on either side of your appointment.
Direct billing and ICBC
We submit claims directly to your insurer at the time of your appointment when your extended health plan allows it. Coverage, annual limits and the amount paid are set by your plan.
