Maria Strasky

Maria’s treatments may include Swedish massage, myofascial and neuromuscular techniques, deep tissue work, instrument-assisted soft tissue care, visceral techniques and prenatal massage. She works with clients navigating injury rehabilitation, musculoskeletal pain, scar-related restriction, TMJ discomfort and pregnancy-related tension. Her approach is patient-centred and adaptable, creating space for focused therapeutic work while maintaining a calm, inclusive treatment environment.

A graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, Maria entered massage therapy after working as a software engineer. That career change reflects her interest in direct, person-to-person care and in understanding how complex systems work. She brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented perspective to treatment while keeping communication clear and approachable. Maria’s goal is to help each client feel comfortable, heard and involved in decisions about their care.
