Wendy Sexsmith

Wendy’s treatments may include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish relaxation massage, sports massage, stretching and remedial exercise. She works with clients managing headaches, neck, shoulder and back pain, sciatica, postural strain, sports injuries and whiplash. Her approach is adaptable, allowing sessions to range from focused therapeutic care to a calmer, full-body treatment according to the client’s needs. Wendy holds degrees in political science and visual arts and has lived and worked as a teacher and entertainer in Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan. She later attended art school in New York on a full scholarship and continues to work locally as an artist, muralist and installation artist. This creative and international background brings curiosity, observation and warmth to her work as a massage therapist.
