Sophie Cascade

Sophie provides Dr. Vodder-based manual lymphatic drainage alongside Swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue work, myofascial and trigger point techniques, and prenatal or geriatric care. She supports clients with edema and lymphatic care needs, neck and back tension, sciatica, delayed-onset muscle soreness, pregnancy-related discomfort and age-related stiffness. Her treatments are carefully paced and adapted to the individual’s health history, goals and comfort. Originally from Réunion Island, Sophie moved to Canada in 2013. She has completed Dr. Vodder Level I–III training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, adding specialized knowledge to her broader massage therapy practice. Outside the clinic, she enjoys yoga, gravel cycling and cross-country skiing. Her interest in both restorative and active pursuits informs a balanced approach that can support recovery, relaxation and comfortable participation in daily life.
