Harsh Gill

Harsh’s practice emphasizes deep tissue massage, myofascial release, sports-oriented injury rehabilitation, scar-tissue care and movement education. He supports clients with neck, shoulder and back tension, athletic or overuse injuries, restricted movement, scar-related tightness and persistent muscular discomfort. Treatments are tailored to the client’s activity level and goals, with an emphasis on useful strategies for recovery and injury prevention.

Born and raised in Mission, British Columbia, Harsh developed an early interest in movement through basketball and football. He completed a Human Kinetics diploma in Kelowna before studying massage therapy at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon. Outside the clinic, he enjoys basketball, hiking, skiing, running and time with family. His lifelong involvement in sport helps him relate to both competitive athletes and recreational clients who simply want to move more comfortably.
