Doina Pislari

Doina’s treatments may include Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, myofascial techniques, deep tissue work and prenatal massage. She often works with headaches, neck, shoulder and back pain, postural strain, TMJ discomfort, whiplash and rehabilitation after motor-vehicle or other injuries. Her care is collaborative and goal-oriented, with treatment choices explained clearly and home-care suggestions offered when appropriate.

A graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, Doina completed outreach experience in settings that included GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre, Vancouver General Hospital’s burns and trauma services, and programs supporting people living with multiple sclerosis. She values coordinated, multidisciplinary care and a practical understanding of each client’s day-to-day demands. Outside the clinic, Doina enjoys spending time outdoors, which supports her appreciation for comfortable, confident movement.
