What are Everest Therapeutics’ hours?
Everest Therapeutics is open 7am to 9pm, seven days a week, including holidays, at 970 Burrard Street, MZ2, in downtown Vancouver. More than 30 Registered Massage Therapists work here, so there is usually something available. You can book online 24 hours a day, or call 604-633-9593.
Can I book a massage before work?
Yes. We open at 7am every day of the week, including weekends and statutory holidays. Early appointments suit people who want treatment before the working day starts, and the clinic is a short walk from transit and SkyTrain.
Can I book a massage in the evening?
Yes. We are open until 9pm, seven days a week. Evening appointments are the most common choice for clients working downtown.
Are you open on weekends?
Yes. Saturday and Sunday hours are the same as weekdays: 7am to 9pm.
Are you open on statutory holidays?
Yes. We are open 7am to 9pm on statutory holidays as well.
How do I get into the building after 6pm or at the weekend?
The Electra Building doors lock after 6pm on weekdays, and all day at weekends and on statutory holidays. When they are locked, use buzzer 001 and reception will let you in. During weekday daytime hours you can walk straight in.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
Yes, often. Same-day and next-day appointments open up regularly across a team of 30+ RMTs. Booking online shows you live availability.
How much is a first appointment?
A first massage therapy appointment is 60 minutes and costs $145 plus GST. Follow-up rates vary by therapist and session length, and every one is listed on our prices page.
Do you direct bill?
Yes. We submit claims directly to your insurer at the time of your appointment when your extended health plan allows it. Coverage, annual limits and the amount paid are set by your plan. There is more detail on our direct billing page.
Do I need a referral?
No. A doctor’s referral is not required for massage therapy in British Columbia. Some extended health plans ask for one before they will reimburse you, so it is worth checking with your own plan.
