Suzette has been a competitive swimmer since she was ten years old. She's raced triathlons for 8 years, mostly in Ontario but also in other locations, such as New Zealand, Texas and Calais France.

She has been working in the fitness and health industry for over ten years, first as an aerobics instructor and then as a personal trainer. About three years ago, Suzette became a registered massage therapist in Ontario and has since been practicing both massage therapy and personal training. The past 3 years Suzette has been practicing massage therapy at a sports medicine clinic in Ontario.  She just moved to Vancouver at the beginning of November 2008. 

Along with sports related injury, prevention and treatment, Suzette's experience with massage varies from arthritis, low back pain, headaches, and whiplash, to general aches and pains and pregnancy massage.  In addition, Suzette is certified in reflexology and uses that knowledge when she feels a client could benefit from it.
