Heidi graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria in 2005. She practiced happily in downtown Victoria for four years before the winds of change came and blew her to Vancouver. Heidi is very excited to be in Vancouver and continue her practice at Electra Health Floor; there are many inspiring people and opportunities for learning and growth.

Despite never having had a massage prior to applying for massage school, Heidi has never regretted her decision for a moment. Her love of massage stems from its ability to be both scientific and intuitive, making both the nerd and artist within her happy.

While focusing on Myofascial Release and Postural Balancing, Heidi's treatment style can vary greatly depending on the need of her client. Along with Muscle Energy Technique, Joint Mobilization and Trigger Point Therapy, Heidi has recently begun studying Visceral Manipulation. This gentle release has already proven to be a valuable addition to her practice. Most importantly, Heidi has seen that a successful therapeutic relationship begins with trust and strives to cultivate that with each of her clients.
